The Heritage Series pays tribute to the waters, rivers, and traditions that shaped Tailwater Outpost. At the heart of this design sits a Petoskey stone—Michigan’s state stone and one of the state’s most recognizable natural treasures. Formed over millions of years from fossilized coral, it’s a subtle nod to our roots and the waters we were raised around.

Resting atop the stone is a mayfly, symbolizing healthy rivers and unforgettable hatches, while the fish skeleton above serves as a reminder that every season, every hatch, and every adventure eventually becomes part of a story worth telling. Framed by a setting sun, the design reflects the quiet moments that keep calling us back to the water.
